White Water Rafting
Nepal's dramatic Himalayan Glaciers feed some of the most beautiful rivers in the world, providing wonderful opportunities for White Water Rafting. Travelling through some of the world’s deepest gorges, you’ll drift past mountain scenery, terraced villages and an abundance of wildlife.
It really is both a relaxing and, at times exciting way to travel and it’s not necessary for you to have had any previous experience in order to take part.
As soon as your day begins on the river you really start to feel that "River Magic", as one minute the rubber raft drifts on a gentle flat calm and the next, ploughs madly through wild rapids. Around every bend in the river lies another exotic sight as you float through the countryside. In the evening you can explore isolated villages, shower under warm waterfalls or watch the kayakers play boating. There is a wide choice of trips graded in difficulty on an international scale from Class 1 (easy) to 6 (extreme). A thrilling range of excitement comes in between!
