To reserve a place on any of our trips complete our online booking form here for each place required. In addition, you should read and confirm that you understand The Walking and Climbing Company's Booking Conditions described below.

To reserve a place on any of our trips please download a copy of the Booking Form for each place required. In addition, you should read and confirm that you understand The Walking and Climbing Company's Booking Conditions described below.

Once downloaded, please complete the form (including confirmation that you understand and agree to the Booking Conditions) and forward it with the appropriate deposit to the address on the form or by e mail to Sbaer@walkingandclimbing.co.uk

Should you wish to pay for your deposit or any other service using Paypal please use the Pay Now donate button below. When prompted Please enter your donation amount and click Update Total type the details of the payment into the "Purpose" field and the amount into the "Donation Amount" field.

BOOKING PROCESS TIMELINE

Initial Enquiry by e mail, telephone or website enquiry form to The Walking and Climbing Company (the Company)

Discuss any questions regarding trips with the Company and choose trip and dates of travel.

Read booking conditions, complete booking form and return with deposit payment (cheque, bacs or Paypal)

Receive letter acknowledging receipt of deposit and enclosed:

Equipment list
Itinerary
Insurance form
Visa process – Tibet
Useful information – trip details

Liaise with the Company regarding booking flights

Departure airport, dates, times and cost
Personal fitness (training regularly in 2-3 months prior to trip)
Book insurance and submit the Company insurance form
Send copy of passport, 2 passport photographs and confirmed flight details to the Company

8 weeks prior to trip pay balance to the Company

Tibet only - 6 weeks before trip submit actual passport to the Company for China visa process. Passport will be returned after 3 weeks.

3 weeks before trip visit doctor for vaccinations

Receive final letter from the Company detailing:

Process for being met by the Company on arrival in Nepal or Tibet
Visa process Nepal
Reminder about vaccinations and recommended medications to bring
Hotel details
Foreign currency information
