These holidays are very popular with trekkers because of the unspoilt countryside in Nepal and Tibet and the challenge of trekking at altitude in the clear air of the majestic Himalayan mountain range.
Our treks take you through some of the most beautiful parts of Nepal, including the Throng la Pass at over 5,000 metres, with views of the Annapurna range. Some trips involve trekking through rhododendron forests and visiting holy lakes, whilst others reach the famous Tengboche Buddhist monastery and Everest Base Camp itself, with Everest and the Khumbu ice fall as a spectacular backdrop.
Previous experience is not necessary for our Treks and all are supported by expert local Sherpa Guides, porters and helpers. A good level of fitness is important however and we will be happy to advise you about this. Also, see How fit do I need to be?
